Company Profile

Winter or summer, in the Summit County Colorado resort towns of Breckenridge, Keystone, Frisco, Dillon and Copper Mountain the sun shines more than most every other town. In the winter, the snow sparkles in the sunlight and dances off the mountain tops. In summer, it glows off the leaves, wild flowers and the waves of beautiful Dillon Reservoir.

Come ski with us, dog sled, snowmobile, or snowshoe. Or if you prefer, come sail, golf on our Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf course, or mountain bike, hike and fish. Over the pass in Park County, we claim some of the best trout fishing in all of Colorado.

If peace and solitude is what you crave, enjoy our many resorts, spas, and cultural activities, including the Breckenridge Music Festival, the National Repertory Orchestra, and the Backstage Theater. We have it all and can fulfill anyone’s dreams.

The wide open land of Park County including Alma, Fairplay, Red Hill and other vacation land developments offer wide open spaces, fabulous fishing and hunting, and room for horses and wide open ranch living.

And speaking of dreams, visit our office to help you own a piece of this fantasy. We can help you find your condominium, golf course home, ski hill home, or ranch land.  We believe in the value of our offerings, and the investment value of mountain real estate.

Use our website, sign up for emails, or email us for information, and  get a feel for our communities and the real estate opportunities, and then call for our “hard work and fast action” brand of service.

CHRIS GEMPELER, Managing Broker

Chris Gempeler is the Managing Broker of Mountain Top Realtors located in Breckenridge Colorado and serving all of Summit County, Park County and neighboring areas. After graduating from Colorado State University with a degree in Communications, Chris and his wife, Kristie, spent time traveling Europe, developing an appreciation for other cultures, countries and history.  While in Europe, they met many people from around the world, and developed an appreciation for what an international community such as Breckenridge has to offer. Upon their return, they moved to Breckenridge where he began his passion and career in real estate. He has loved mountain country all his life, competing in snowboarding in high school, and currently an avid boarder. His wife, Kristie, teaches Spanish at Summit High School and they enjoy life in the high country with their adorable daughter and two American Bulldogs. In addition to boarding, they enjoy sailing, fly fishing, camping, snowmobiling, and the back country. Having played hockey as a youth, he has volunteered his time to coach youth hockey in Breckenridge, leading the team to statewide championship in 2007.

Chris and Kristie believe in mountain property, and own their own home and family investment property. From his travels, Chris developed an understanding of the advantages of investment in real estate in the mountains for people around the globe. Chris helps investors, vacationers, and local residents find their dream properties.

Once you meet Chris, you have found a new friend. But for now, call him or email him and he will send you information on what offerings might fulfill your dreams.
