Chris Gempeler is the Managing Broker of Mountain Top
Realtors located in Breckenridge Colorado and serving all of Summit County,
Park County and neighboring areas. After graduating from ColoradoStateUniversity
with a degree in Communications, Chris and his wife, Kristie, spent time
traveling Europe, developing an appreciation
for other cultures, countries and history.While in Europe, they met many people
from around the world, and developed an appreciation for what an international community such as Breckenridge
has to offer. Upon their return, they moved to Breckenridge where he began his
passion and career in real estate. He has loved mountain country all his life,
competing in snowboarding in high school, and currently an avid boarder. His
wife, Kristie, teaches Spanish at Summit High School and they enjoy life in the
high country with their adorable daughter and two American Bulldogs. In
addition to boarding, they enjoy sailing, fly fishing, camping, snowmobiling,
and the back country. Having played hockey as a youth, he has volunteered his
time to coach youth hockey in Breckenridge, leading the team to statewide championship in 2007.
Chris and Kristie believe in mountain property, and own
their own home and family investment property. From his travels, Chris
developed an understanding of the advantages of investment
