Copper is a very unique little ski town and it is up and coming with a lot new developments going in.  It does not have a main street like many of the other towns, but instead, has a cozy village conveniently located at the base of the ski hill.  For this reason, everything is within walking distance and you can park your car for the weekend and not have to worry about driving anywhere.  In both the winter and summer there are always a plentiful of events going on.  The ski hill turns into a playground for hikers, mountain bikers, and campers.  It is located right off of I-70 and is only five minutes west of Frisco and 20 minutes east of Vail.  Copper is slowly,  but surely being discovered with lots of construction underway, which makes it a perfect place to invest, still have very reasonable prices.
